In this article, I would like to talk about my iOS Application. This app is both my first on the App Store and the first Open-Source project as well.

Why I Did It?

As a self-taught iOS developer, I wanted to get out of tutorial hell. I decided to give myself a deadline to publish an app to the App Store. But why open-source? Since I’m self-taught, what better way to practice source control other than making your software public and open-source. One must write concise commit messages for other people contributing to your project. I wanted to simulate working in a team environment…

Educate Yourself By Macro Tracking

One of the best ways to get to know your food is to try tracking your macros & micros. By logging your food intake, you start to understand what foods you need less and what foods you need more. Although some people hate tracking macros, it’s an essential part of education. I believe that everyone should go through a phase of macro tracking in their life. That helps us see what foods are making us fat usually. But not just about getting fat, it is about your health too. With food journaling, you can find out whether you lack any…

In this article, I would love to tell you about the ketogenic diet. The impact it had on my life is highly positive. I truly love every aspect of it.

What Is Keto?

The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet that in medicine is used essentially to treat hard-to-control (refractory) epilepsy in children. The diet pushes the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. At least 70% of calories need to come from fats, 10%-15% protein, and the rest is carbs. Make sure those are all high fiber low in sugar carbs like flax, chia, etc.

Why I Love It?

The neat thing about keto…

In this article, I would like to tell you about a great recipe when following the ketogenic diet. It is tasty, and it will also fuel your body with all the essential nutrients.

Nuts and Seeds With Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

You are probably exhausted by eating the same meals on the ketogenic diet. It is time to put an end to that. The combination of lemon juice and olive oil is something special and well known in the Mediterranean. Adding a few nuts and seeds for crunchiness makes this recipe worth a try.

In this article, I would like to address how app localization (translation) can drive your product sales. I will show you that more languages equal more money.

Photo by Artem Beliaikin on Unsplash

Localization helps expand your app to new markets. It makes your app relevant to a mixture of cultures and languages and presents an opportunity to develop your business. You target a global audience and grow into new markets. Essentially, you get more money if your app is localized.

Structure Your App for Localization

The initial step is to structure your app’s code and UI for localizations. That is a fundamental step in building apps for a global following…

Waking up at 5 AM almost every day for the past year or so has been life-changing for me. In this article, I would love to talk about the five most important things I learned through waking up at 5 AM.

If You Win The Morning, You Win The Day As Well

Winning the morning is highly motivating. It starts the ball rolling and feels like you are beginning a streak that you don’t want to end. Doing your most important task of the day ASAP makes sense. Your willpower is like a muscle, so it fatigues quickly. That is why bodybuilders train the compound lifts first, then incrementally as their…
